Hello and welcome to day 19 of the recipe advent calendar! Today we’re having another biscuit break and making these lovely little festive jellies! For these jellies I’m using a mixture of mulled wine and cherry puree which I made by throwing some cherries in the blender but this recipe works great with loads of different fruit purees, my favourites are plum, blackberry or blackcurrant. If you want to keep these alcohol free you can replace the wine with equal quantities of puree or use a low alcohol wine, you’ll still get that mulled wine flavour from the spices that we’re infusing.
