Hello and welcome to day 22 of the recipe advent calendar! Today we’re making some simple biscuits with a wonderful zesty glaze! I’m a citrus lover through and through but around the festive season it is possible to feel overwhelmed by orangey flavours. Today we’re mixing things up with some yuzu and lime, yuzu is one of my favourite citrus fruits, it’s zesty, tangy and almost peppery, I buy my yuzu juice online or if you’re in the UK you can get it from Waitrose but if you can’t get hold of it lemon or lime juice works just as well.
