Hello and happy Christmas Eve! We’ve made it to the end of the recipe advent!! Today we have a nice, easy recipe. I doubt anyone is actually going to be making biscuits on Christmas Eve, but these are a great snacking biscuit, so I’d highly recommend revisiting this recipe at a less manic time of year. I knew that I wanted a crunchy oat biscuit for the advent calendar, but developing a recipe that ticked all of my boxes proved harder than I expected. These Anzacs are almost like a Hobnob – they’re crispy, crunchy and extremely moreish. If you can be bothered, they’re excellent with a layer of milk chocolate.
