It’s a well known face that I am a certified banana hater, I can’t help it, they’re just not for me. However, when I posted a picture of a banana chocolate roll cake that I made at one of my previous jobs and everyone went mad, I knew I’d have to share the recipe. And if, like me, you’re a banana hater, just leave it out and you’ll have the most delicious, chocolate and peanut butter Swiss roll and what’s not to like about that!?
