AKA cheat's panettone
I love panettone. It’s so light and delicious, you can eat it for breakfast, as a little afternoon treat, use it as a component in Christmas baking, but you know what I don’t love? Making it. I’ve actually never even attempted panettone but working in bakeries I’ve witnessed first hand the absolute pandemonium of panettone production and I said to myself “ya know what, that’s not for me”.
