Hello! As a result of my inability to make a decision, I have a triple recipe for you; Straight up, no frills passion fruit tart, passion fruit meringue tart AND passion fruit & coconut tart. I liked all of these tarts so much that I couldn’t choose just one to share.
This recipe is endlessly customisable, the passion fruit purée can be replaced with any citrus juice or tangy fruit purée, just adjust the citric acid to taste, some fruit juices like orange might need a little extra zing.
