Would bring a super fluffy pandan coconut chiffon 🌴πŸ₯₯sheet cake layered with pink strawberry swiss meringue butter cream, decorated like a cake garden with strawberries and summer florals πŸ“πŸ’πŸŒΈ

It might not be the most beautiful cake of all time but if I went i'd love to bring my favourite family chocolate cake- it's egg free, can easily be made vegan, is super moist and full of coconut which I think is just one of the best pairings for chocolate. It also has raisins in which might not be the most popular but really helps to keep it moist!

Hi! Do you think I could substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream when I’m in a pinch?

Sophie Bamford's avatar

Yes definitely, as long as it's not 0% fat, it should be fine

I'd love to bring an afternoon tea inspired cake flavour since Cake Picnic is returning back to LANNNDAAANNN TOWN: Earl Grey Strawberry Shortcake-- something classy, summery and highlights the tastes of Britain! πŸ“β˜•πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

πŸ“ Strawberry Tea Garden Cake

Inspired by Sri Lanka’s tea country, so my cake combines strawberry cream with subtle Ceylon tea-infused sponge layers. It’ll be fruity sweetness and delicate tea aromas.
