I’m hesitant to use my metal mini tart shells for fear that the pastry will stick… do u prepare them in any way ? Fab recipes… more unique than others has me committed to make these.🤤🤞✌️🙋♀️
Hi! I don't do anything to prepare mine but if you're worried about sticking you can always use a bit of baking spray release or brush the tins with a little bit of melted butter. I fins that because the pastry is quite high in butter, I don't have too much trouble getting tarts out of my tins. It also helps to remove them from the tins while they're still warm but not hot as the butter is still liquid at this point 😊

Hi, I'm so sorry I missed this, these tins are 28(H) x 75(Ø)mm.
