Hi Sophie, I’m wanting to try this recipe but with a rhubarb vanilla jam I made. To make the sable plain would I sub the coconut for more plain flower? Definitely trying the coconut passionfruit version when summer hits! x
Hi! You can either replace it with ground almonds or just remove it all together, I actually just added this coconut into my plain sablé pastry that I had in my freezer for this recipe!
These were a huge success at work and I loved them too. The biscuits and coconut with the passion fruit was perfect. Will make these again for sure :) I couldn’t find the coconut butter but bought frozen coconut flesh and whizzed it up in the magimix worked great
