Just completely omit it, you probably won’t need the pectin if you do as the grapes should have enough to set the jam. The wine is there for flavour rather than for the texture

I have never attempted jam before but this recipe sounds delicious 😋. How much pectin should be added if I use red wine? 🍷
Just the amount of pectin stated in the recipe, 5g of powdered pectin
