Any vanilla or almond cake! It would be nice in my jammy layer cake or Battenberg recipe or in a frangipan tart

Just completely omit it, you probably won’t need the pectin if you do as the grapes should have enough to set the jam. The wine is there for flavour rather than for the texture

Just the amount of pectin stated in the recipe, 5g of powdered pectin
