They’re the Matfer Bourgeat Non-Stick Mini Brioche Mould 75mm (Pack of 12). If you’re in the UK they’re actually on sale at catering centre at the minute. If you’re somewhere else you should be able to find them by searching the name. They’re on the pricey side but I’ve had mine for 7+ years and use them constantly!
